Shipping

Shipping will vary depending on the size, weight and location the parcel is traveling to.

For smaller orders I will ship using Canada Post unless requested to use another method.

For larger orders or orders going to the US, I use FedEx.

Please contact me if you would prefer another method of delivery.

The charges you are paying are for delivery only. There are no extra fees charged.

If you live in or around the Toronto area, please contact me as I would much rather deliver for free than ship!

Returns

If for any reason your piece is not as awesome as you expected upon receiving it, please let me know within a few days. I will gladly accept returns on undamaged pieces bought from the site, however you will need to ship them back in the same packing and cover this cost.

For custom pieces, I will work with you to find a solution. Please contact me as soon as you have received your piece.
